You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Regarding that one chart in the screenshot you provided, if you still have issues with it, then reset the scales with Chart >>Scale >> Reset Scales. One thing though that we definitely see is that you are paying for the CME Group exchange fee through the Denali Data Feed but you are not able to access the Denali data feed data for the following reason: The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.
