Hello,

I have not logged on to my SC for a month and now when I try to, I am not being able t oconnect to the data feeds.

I have tried to change the 'Current Selected Service List' to 'SC Data - All Services' for for 30 seconds and then logging on and then chnaging back but I am not having any luck.

Can you help me please.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

I have somehow managed to get the download to work by playing around with the settings.

I will continue to monitor it.
