Around 3:20 EST I had no data on CME NQ attached is the heartbeat messages. Did anybody else notice this? |

I had IB TWS up at the same time, it didn't stop. If I lose connection it will show red and TWS turns a different color. I was watching the chart closely because I was in a position, after a few seconds I realized the chart wasn't updating, so then I looked at TWS and noticed it was 7 to 8 points above the last price on Denali, after a few more seconds a flurry of bars populated the chart and then Denali was back in sync. Am I the only one who lost data? |

This definitely was not an issue at the server level. It must have been due to Internet connectivity and you cannot make comparisons to other programs. The path of communication is different. Refer to: Prices / Data Falling Behind: 4.12 - Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feeds Usually a problem like this is going to relate to, a communication issue between your computer and the server going from your computer back to the server.
