Hi, The 'Show Orders and Position' feature works fine in my regular cash account and in the Sim1 account. However, it doesn't work when I switch to my Sim2 account. Nothing appears on any of the charts (TPO chart, 10-Tick, etc.). Is there something else I need to configure to make it work with my Sim2 account? Thanks! |

What exactly do you mean by it is not working? Are you not able to see the Order lines when you are in your Sim2 account in some charts? And are those charts set to have the "Chart Trade Mode On"? Refer to the information for this option here: Trade Menu: Show Orders And Position (Trade menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

When using Sim1, the order lines show up regardless of whether 'chart trade mode on' is enabled or disabled. No lines show up at all when using the Sim2 account. I tried toggling the 'chart trade mode on' setting and it didn't make any difference. |

Ok, so you have selected "Sim2" from the Trading Window and placed an order on a chart. That chart would have to have "Chart Trade Mode On" in order to place the trade. Is the order line showing for this chart on which you placed the trade or not? And is the option "Chart Trade Mode On" enabled or disabled?

We recommend going through each and every step here for the procedure to view orders and positions on a chart: Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Viewing Orders and Trade Position on the Chart / Trade DOM There must be something that is being overlooked or not considered. Open a completely new chart for that same micro symbol as the Trading DOM and set the Trade Account on that chart to Sim2 and see if you see the orders.

Hi, I tried creating a new chart but it had the same issue (the order lines didn't show up when using Sim2). It would be nice to have the lines appear, but I can learn to live without it. The lines still work with Sim1 so I'll just use that instance if I absolutely need to see the lines. Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it! |
