Hello, I downloaded the version 2357, but i only see the first level of the DOM. I completed the agreement and followed the instructions to update the Symbol Setting. Can you help me ? Thanks |

Tell us the exact symbol of the chart. Make sure you are using the right symbol format. The ones that provide market depth data end with -NQTV Example: AAPL-NQTV It also looks like you are using the older Sierra Chart order routing service. Ok thanks, it simply was missing the -NQTV My futures broker is Dorman, my introducing broker is Stage 5, instead my broker for stocks is IBKR |

Contact Stage 5, and have them move you to the Teton order routing service. This is very important to move. You will save on transaction fees, and have direct routing to the exchange.
