Verified Trading Account Connectivity Issues

Hello,

Since today my Denali data is 10mins delayed. I connected to my AMP broker account within the last 7 days so there should not be an issue.

Strangely, it shows "Verified Trading Accounts Ending Date: 2022-02-16." in my account dashboard. For some reason it did not notice my connection to my broker account as requested.

I tried to disconnect / reconnect etc but could not solve it.

Can you please have look at let me know how to fix it.

Close all the Chartbooks and then connect to your funded trading account following the instructions below.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

That is what I told you in my initial post - it apparently does not recognise it..?

How do I connect that account again? Thought SC detects that automatically when connecting via SC Data All Services.

Your broker is AMP and they use CQG. So connect to your CQG account:

Thanks. My mistake.

Got confused with the various data feeds I need to connect with.. CQG, SC All Data, Rithmic.

Lesson learned.
