Eurex Denali data not updating on QuoteBoard

Not receiving any data for Eurex symbols in QuoteBoards today. However Charts are updating correctly. Tried disconnect / reconnect but situation unchanged. Please advise. |

Make sure the symbols are correct and set to the current contracts. Quoteboards are linked to Charts. Clicking on symbol in Quoteboard loads Chart with data which is updating correctly, however no data for the symbol appears on the Quoteboard. Quotboards were updating for Eurex symbols yesterday and I have changed nothing since then. I also have a spreadsheet which is not receiving Eurex data today. CME data is loading correctly in Quoteboards and spreadsheet. SC V2355 Please let me know if more details required to resolve the situation. |

Data loading correctly into QuoteBoards and spreadsheet today. Yesterday the rows for Eurex symbols appeared as if Sierra was opened on a Sat or Sun. None of my settings were changed, though the CPU was re-booted. If situation occurs again I will send screen shot as requested. |

Something like this really does not make sense. The Quote Board functionality is very simple and straightforward and there should not be any problems with quote lines updating if the symbols are correct and there is data available from the data feed.
