Hi SC Engineering, I’m trying to make sure my rented Chicago server has a low latency connection to Teton (but I do not yet have an account). Is “ds1.sierracharts.com”, which I’ve gotten ping times <1ms for from my server, located in Aurora alongside Teton/Denali? |

Interesting. But it is in Chicago, correct; is it at 350 East Cermak? Any chance you know a ping-able IP in Aurora? —- it doesn’t have to be an SC server.

Thanks for your quick reply. Is the Simulated Futures Trading server in Aurora? If so, I can calculate the roundtrip order time that way. If not, no worries!

I have noticed before Sunday my normal ping to ds1.sierracharts.com was <1ms, my trading server is in 350 Cermak. Now it is >15ms, Has this been moved to Aurora or some other location?
