I open a new chart and this is what I get. I choose the symbol and it changes it to (other) with the same symbol. Seems to be only happening in the H contracts. I have reloaded Sierra chart. This is from a new chartbook. My other charts ( older) are not effected. If I copy an old chart from a chartbook that has the correct info it is changed and I get the issue. If I just copy chart from the same chartbook I get the same issue. On top of this issue the DOM is now blank except for current price. I just had to update my data feed from TOPSTEP and soon after this is what I get. My data feed is a paid feed through Denali from you. What the $%^&@* is going on!! |

Understand, this is a problem which was caused by you creating new symbol settings for the ES symbol. This is very clear from this screenshot: https://www.sierrachart.com/Download.php?Folder=SupportBoard&download=61496 Notice the ES symbol in the "Other" category. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings Disable the use of Custom Symbol Settings Values. Very important.
