Hi, I love Sierra, but there is something that is pretty annoying, and maybe you are not aware of it. When sliding the graph with a touchpad on a laptop to scroll it, the graph keeps moving for a very long time without being able to stop it. Changing the scroll multiplier has no effect. It seems that sliding the touchpad triggers erratic scrolling length, and it is tiring to see the graph moving alone way past target area without being able to stop it. Furthermore, the scrolling is slow. Is there a way you could improve that ? I mean, to be able to stop the scrolling process when triggered ? Thank you very much, Thomas |

We have not heard this before or have observed this. Even when using a touchpad. This would be a system issue. Not an issue within Sierra Chart. However, if you remove all of the studies from the chart, do you still notice a problem? Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. I have the same problem on my ASUS ultrabook. I think its a windows 8.1 problem. It happens on my browsers also. I use the touchscreen for scrolling instead.
