Hi, I've paid for package 11 with Denali, Paid separately for CME professional, signed all agreements and activated everything.

On SC I have selected SC data - All Services / ticked allow support for sierra chart data feeds.

I'm not receiving any live or even historical data. Top left bar is green but just says DF:1 ST:0, 0

Could I please have some advise on how to solve this as it's quite urgent..

First we want you to restart Sierra Chart.

The next step is to open a chart through File >> Find Symbol >>Futures-CME.
