I'm interested on trade in E micro DOW Futures (MYM) but I have no Data when I open the chart. I guess this is due to the package I currently have so I want to know what I have to do to fix it and he price as well. My broker is AMP futures. thank you |

First update Sierra Chart to the current version: Software Download: Fast Update And then: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
