Hi Sierra,

Strange behaviour for 1 or 2 days : i cannot display charts in "number of trades" anymore.

When i set it, the chart header correctly displays the target display mode (ex : 100 trades), but nothing happens inside the chart : i still get candles in minutes.

Another issue : overnight data is not loaded and i have one single candle for the current day.

I clicked many times on "delete and download data" but that fixes nothing.

This happens on one market only (NQ), using Denali. ES is ok.

I noticed something very strange : the NQH22-CME.scid file is only ~3MB, when ESH22-CME.scid is ~2GB.

Deleting NQH22-CME.scid and reloading SierraChart has no effect : same issue.

What can i do ? (please don't tell me to reinstall SierraChart)

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

Also, disable use of Custom Symbol Settings Values.

After that:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

Also we would never tell you to reinstall Sierra Chart. That is never ever advice that is ever given to any user at any point in the history of Sierra Chart.
