[Locked] - FOLLOW UP ON RHITHMIC CHARTING ISSUE.

Thank you I have been able to chart to higher time frames with full data based on your good advice seen
in your last email to me below.
Now regrettably another issue has arisen, and I do not know if it is related to the recent changes made to the
Data Trade Service Settings where I changed my setting to 60 based on your advice.
The current issue is IF I change any setting in The Chart Settings Window of any chart ie... like adding days to chart,
IF I hit apply, it locks my Sierra completely. I wised to send you a Message Log of this but I cannot as the program is locked.
The other issue is I opened a new chartbook to test this to see if it would repeat in a fresh chartbook... IT DID.
But what I have noticed now and previously is any charts created above a certain amount of chartBOOKS causes problems as I will
explain. I currently run 11 Chartbooks with no issues other than those we have been working on. In the ELEVENTH Chartbook all of
my CHARTS come up with the menu options GONE... on each chart I no longer see Edit... Chart... Analysis... etc up top. I have tried to
open the menu settings but this does not help.

Thank you for the log. Can you tell us what this setting is set to?:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download >> Non-Tick Data / 1-Tick Data (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings)

Make sure to set to at least 60.

And go to the chart and select this from the main menu Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
