When you are connected to your live trading account, then select Trade >> Trade Account Monitor/Balances Window. This will show you your Account Balance, assuming that it is available from your trading service.

hello I don't why i can not place a trade on micro e-mini S&P 500 yet my broker is iron beam and he can allow you to have a day margin of $50 of an account of $100 when i try to place a trade order it places and then it disappears i don't know if it about my trick size (lot)

Check your Trade Activity Log to find the order and see whether it filled or not and then what occurred afterwards (why did the open position get closed). Refer to the following: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity Also, check the Trade >> Trade Service Log to see if the order was rejected, as the information for this would be in this log. In fact am not able to enter a trade as if its like the money is not enough to enter a trade? so thought of the trick size (lot size ) is the issues

And now you state: i can't place an order when i disable simulator mode?
If you are completely unable to place an order when you disable Simulation Mode, then what exactly occurs? If you are getting the order initially and then it disappears, then that is an order occurring, but then we need to figure out why it is being closed immediately. If it is something else then we need to understand exactly what is occurring so we go down the proper path. Please let us know exactly what happens when you turn off Simulation Mode and try to put in an order. Also, please copy and paste your Trade >> Trade Service Log after you try to place this order.
