SPX is part of the CBOE Indices, which is available through the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You can not get the data unless you pay for it. You will find the information for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed at the following link, including Setup Instructions: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed --- Separately, we do not see that you have your Sierra Chart connected to a trading service and you are not setup to get any real-time data from us. Yet you are on Package 12. Any futures data you would be getting would be delayed streaming data. Refer to the information here: Delayed Exchange Data Feed If that is all you want, then you do not need to be on Package 12, unless you want the MBO data. Otherwise, you could be on Package 5. Or, if you do want real-time data, then you would need to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the information here: Denali Exchange Data Feed Also, be aware of the CME Group requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees.
