Just recently upgraded to receive Denali data and have gone through all the support pages on the website to get the data coming in from Denali. Have gone through this whole setup page: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DenaliExchangeDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions_CFE. I have spent an inordinate amount of time to get this going but with no result. Can I get some remote assistance? Happy to pay for it. Thanks. |

The account from which you have posted this message does not have any of the setup done for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Either you have a different account that you have setup or you did not actually do the setup. If you have another account, be sure you are logged into the Sierra Chart website with that account and then post here letting us know that you have the correct account.
