Before approaching a professional coder, I wonder whether I can get access to previous pivot values as subgraphs. I think this can be accomplished through an array. However, I don't know. Also, I have looked at other private scripts, and I cannot access previous pivot values. So, using the native Swing High/Low script, I want the following 1. Hold the recent pivot values. 2. Determine if a subgraph value is higher or lower than 1 ago. 3. Allow equal bars 4. Use intrabar or close |

You can do this using the Spreadsheet Study. Otherwise, it would be something that would need to be coded.

How would a coder do it? Is it an array or something else? |

It's hard to say how they would do it, as there are a lot of different ways, and it depends a lot on what exactly you want and how you want to use it. But in general, keeping the data in an Array would make sense.

I answered this in post #4 here:Swing High Low - Accessing Subgraph values |
