Sierra Chart with AMP account.

I need your help. I opened an AMP account and ordered there CME and eurex.
I gave my CQG datas in the Global Settings/data trade service settings in.
But i get no datafeeds in my sierra chart account.
What is here wrong?
Please proof my Sierra acoount and tell me what to do.

Do you also have an support in german language?
I booked CME and eurex over AMP. Therefore i have to pay from my AMP account.
If i activate a second time from the Sierra Chart account like written in the top, do i also have to pay a
second time from my Sierra Chart account?

With regards to the data, if you get the data from us, then you can let AMP know that you do not need to get the data from them, therefore you will not be paying for it twice.

No in the case of exchange fees you do not have to pay twice:

If you are using real-time data from Sierra Chart, you cancel exchange fees through your broker.
