Chart display graphics are Huge in Sierra Charts on new computer

I just copied my sierra charts from my old computer and installed onto my new computer. Everything appears to have copied over correctly except for the appearance of the Control Buttons, Chartbook tabs, Charts, and Chart tabs are displaying very huge and bubble like. I have attached two screenshots, one from my original install, and the other from the new install.
