Alerts Higher High / Lower Lows

I would like to switch off Higher High / Lower low alerts. As these are generating many and unnecessary alerts. They are using up all the alert capacity, and I am getting an Alert msg : Allowed email rate exceeded. |

You would need to figure out where that alert is setup and disable it. Or, if it is just an email thing, you can adjust the settings for the Alert number that is being used to not send an email.
