Hello, I’m having some difficulty and I’m hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I have service package 11, and have activated Denali data exchanges. I am able to connect sierra chart to my interactive broker TWS (my only option based in the UK). However after I connect my non professional account, I switch back to SC data all services and still receive 10 min delayed DOM. Any assistance would be appreciated |
