It wont let me change the date range is this the maximum of data allowed?

We need more information on which date range you can not change and what is limited to 2.

One thing we notice is that you are on a service package which includes the Denali Data Feed, but you did not activate any exchanges and you are connected to CQG. So you need to activate exchanges here so you can access the historical data and real-time data provided by the Denali data feed: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation&UserID=247351#DenaliCME After that: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
