I do not receive CBOT data although the new version is installed.

What is the problem?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

I am having similar issues. I get the candlestick bars to download, but my cumulative delta bars are way off / non-existent. I am using CQG with Denali Feed. It started about last Wednesday / Thursday.

You can see CME is working just fine and CBOT is not.

You have run out of storage space on your drive:
There is not enough space on the disk.

You need to solve this problem. This is critical. Delete unnecessary files. Instructions:
Chart Data and Chart Data Files: Deleting a Chart Data File

Once that is solved, then come back to us with any data issues.

You should also get a larger storage drive.


Regarding post #5, For CBOT you need to activate this exchange here:

Do not use this data from CQG but only the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

Why do CBOT still need to be activated ? The complete CME group is activated incl. CBOT!

Yes. SC can only be opened in Safe Mode with CBOT.

Without this mode SC freezes on startup with Cbot.

If I take out the CBOT charts SC starts as it should and does not freeze.

I do not understand this?

I should now run the following command.
Move all files with a .DLL file extension in the Sierra Chart Data Files Folder into your DLLBackup folder that you created.

Unfortunately there are no DLL files in the folder.

Therefore, Safe Mode should not make any difference.

The freezing must have something to do with the configuration of particular charts. Just do not use that Chartbook any longer containing those charts and create a new one.

There is no way to do this unless you can access the charts in your existing Chartbook. Try using another installation of Sierra Chart and open your Chartbook to see if you can open them without any issue. Refer to:
