I have two open charts MNQH2. One is a 3000 volume intraday chart and the other is a historical daily chart. The daily price is fixed and doesn't track the price. I tried with intraday 1-0-0 and the price is fixed too. How do I get my daily and weekly charts to track the current price?

You would need to ask TransAct about why you are not getting the data. We do not know. To access historical and delayed streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions. Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services". Press "OK" And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service) You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service.
