We are not sure exactly what you are looking for, but it sounds like you would want to use the Name or Value Label. I would like to have "Volume At Price Threshold Alert V2" display a line or highlight on the DOM. Similar to how it displays on a chart. The study is not available however...

There is not a direct way to do this. You would have to see if you can get what you want by using the Volume At Price Threshold Alert V2 with the Spreadsheet Study and then getting the specific information out of the Spreadsheet and then use the Study/Price Overlay to get this into the Trading DOM.
