Just set everything up (I think) and I am having my orders rejected. I used seirra charts and amp futures before and I don't remember having this much trouble. Maybe I have declined tech wise. Is there anything you can advise me on or see that I am doing wrong to have my order rejected? Thanks.

If there is an order rejection, then the information as to why will be in your Trade >> Trade Service Log. Open this window and paste the information into here if it is not obvious what the issue was.
