Denali - How to Access Full Market Depth

It appears I'm not seeing full market depth on all CME products. CL as an example I can view approximately $1 or ~100 ticks yet the market depth is much more than that. Is there a setting I need to change? Data Trade Services > Max Time & Sales is 0 and Chart DOM > Chart Settings > Market Depth is 0.

Thanks!

Thank you this setting -- Global Settings -> Sierra Chart Server Settings was at 100 (maybe default) changing it to 0 displays everything I need.
