This is a Transact server issue that Sierra Chart has no control over. Also please refer to this thread:

Let us know if you have any further questions.

To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions.


Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".

Press "OK"

And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service)

You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service.

I was with Infinity/Sierra for 12yrs, thankfully last week seeing the writing on the wall I moved part of my account over to Stage5, was extremely easy, they are the only ones giving generous margins. EdgeClear is great, but will only allow $3K per ES margin, Stage5 offers $750, big diff. Took very little time, excellent service. Call my broker Byron Zook at (312) 625-1349 or email at byron@s5trading.com. I don’t get anything for the referral, just with the Transact disconnection a lot of us are forced to find a new home. Good luck with the switch.
