Hello Support, I am a long-term SC user and will continue to use your charts, but I am a multi-time frame trader and do not trade off the charts but rather off the TransAct DOM. I have traded your DOM side by side with the TA DOM and I just cannot get acceptable results with your DOM. I have completed an application with Stage 5 but no one there or at Advantage can tell me anything about what type of DOM I may have access to after moving over to Stage 5. I have spent a lot of time setting up SC in a manner that now works well for me. Can I get (pay for) your Denali feed and still trade with TransAct? At the end of the day for me, it's about seeing price structure and price movement and then finding an entry zone and then trading off a reliable and clear DOM that provides auto-centering. Without reliable execution, it doesn't matter to me how good the charts are. Can you please help me out? Thank you.

Ok thank you. You can use the Denali Exchange Data Feed with Sierra Chart: Denali Exchange Data Feed However, when support for Transact is removed from Sierra Chart, you will need to follow the Easy Solution to authorize the CME Group data, at the nonprofessional fees due to CME market data rules: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement Regarding this: and then trading off a reliable and clear DOM that provides auto-centering
We do have this auto centering option (Constant Range Scale Modes >> Re-Center To The Last Price On Every Update) : Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Constant Range (Scale Range) Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Constant Range Scale Modes >> Re-Center To The Last Price On Every Update That auto centering option is supported with the Sierra Chart Trade DOM: Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Trade DOM Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
