additional symbols for Nasdaq Total View?

Hi SCE, can other Nasdaq-listed symbols be added by users to access Level 1 & 2 quotes? For example, I'm trying to get market depth of BFRI this morning. I went into Symbol Settings and added it, mimicking the config for the existing symbol nearest it, alphabetically (BEN-NQTV). No success. My settings are shown in attached screenshot; the 2nd screenshot just confirming that it does appear in the 'Find Symbol' menu now, and the DOM window confirms no data access. |

You do not need to add any symbols. You can use any valid -NQTV symbol and you do not need to specifically add them if they are not listed. Remove the settings you added for BFRI-NQTV. What about having unlisted symbols configured/enabled for market depth recording? I can still skip any Symbol Settings set up?

If you want to configure market depth data recording for a particular symbol and you do not have a chart open for that symbol and the Market Depth Historical Graph on that chart, then you would need to add that particular symbol. We do not know what the issue was. We did not have a clear enough view into the Symbol Settings for it. We would need to see the actual XML data for that symbol, in the SymbolSettings subfolder.
