Before providing the Message Log do the following:

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:

Ok, updated symbol settings. Looks like I needed to add -NQTV. I can see full market depth now. Is it possible to just have '-NQTV' added via custom symbol settings? It would make it easier.

Ok, I find the only way I can trade from the chart using IB is the following: (attached example)

It's a bit of a pain to do this and it does not scale for when I have single charts linked to a quote board. Is there a better way?
