Sierra Chart Orders not lining up with my amp statement

Hello all, The order I placed on 1/28/2022 Didn't match up with the statement I received from AMP Futures. I reached out to them and they sent me a screenshot of orders(which I didn't Place) and credited me for the losses. Could there be something wrong on Sierra Charts end of this problem?
