Hi,

My main instance keeps freezing. The second instance works perfectly.

In the main instance I cannot even minimize the msg log window, I cannot flatten trades on the chart order window, I cannot even disconnect data or shut it down via exit. The charts are still populating correctly with data I am just not able to click and drag them or place trades etc.

I did manage to close SC down by using the task manager but when I restarted it the freezing continued.

I cannot even send you a msg log for your troubleshooting.

The first thing to do is to close your existing Chartbooks and do not use them for now.

Start with a new Chartbook.

You have to go through a process of elimination to determine where the problem is.
