Issues with Data Feed

Dear Team,

I am a non professional, but i subscribed to professional data feed as i dont have futures brokerage account. I paid the $122 but i am unable to get the direct feed for the data into my sierra chart platform. As it keeps saying that no file to load. Can you please help.

Sierra Chart Engineering - Posts: 104368
Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".

Press "OK"

And open a chart through File >> Find Symbol >>Futures-CME.

Dear Team,

I am a non professional trading trading sim and learning, for some reason i was given professional status, i also used to have an account with Apex i understood that that does not qualify for futures account, now i have an account with Stage five trading corpe, with account number 48774. i would like to add package 11 and CME data. Are you able to change my status asap ?

You need to redo both of the agreements at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements

Make sure you enter the information for the Clearing Firm and Account Number for your particular setup.

Once you have redone these, please post back in here so we can ensure that your status is updated. We will let you know when this is done.
