Re-install on new machine - DATA ISSUES

Over the weekend I installed SC on a new machine and transferred all relevant files as described here:
(incorrect link removed)

Charts on the new installation are not populating with the same amount of data. The data issue exists only on the new installation even when old installation is not running. Both machines have been restarted along with SC.

I use bars of 2 trades in size so I'm not dependent on time bars - active instruments post lots of data very quickly. In this case I am looking at BTCUSD on Binance and ES on CME. Neither chart on the new installation is posting the same amount of data as on the old installation, even though all settings are the same. Following the instructions posted on the support board I created the two links below to show charts from each installation. The BTCUSD chart in particular makes clear that data is not coming through in the same way on the new installation. Nothing else is running on either machine except for SC and both machines are dedicated servers. The fact that data on the previous installation is fine shows that the exchanges are not the issue. Something seems to have gone wrong with the installation but triple checking all settings turns up nothing. Please advise.

Thank you. Is that setting not included in the files that are transferred over to the new installation?
