Long Time Sierra User -- Cannot Values Window

I am a long time Sierra User.
I have installed A New Copy of Sierra on many new machines in the past.
This time around, all went well, except I cannot seem to get the interactive OHLC-Vol-Bid-Ask Data Window
to show, that sits on top of all my charts.
Normally I would go to the 'Chart - Reset Child Windows' - option, to bring this important window up.
Please advise.

Also, keep in mind that the window you are wanting is the Compact Tool Values Window. Make sure you have it selected under the Window menu. Refer to the following:
