Hi guys, I've recently paid for the Denali exchange data but I've yet to activate the data itself because the live account isn't actually funded yet - I'm looking at the DOM and its OK that the data is delayed until the account is funded, but the performance of the DOM is pretty bad - I mean that it doesn't update seamlessly, choppy action etc the depth volume doesn't change seamlessly etc. I'm obviously missing something but until I have the account funded [this week], I need the following: 1) SIM trading ability 2) Doesn't matter if its delayed data or not; 3) Good DOM performance. How do I achieve this please? Thanks for your help Alun |

1) Use the Trade Simulation mode that is built into the system. By default, you are in this mode. Refer to the following: Overview of Trading: Difference between Simulated and Non-Simulated Trading Modes 2) You have the delayed data for now. 3) There is a lot that can go into this. But the first thing is to see if this is just a perception issue. We want you to change the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Chart Update Interval to a lower number like 200. See if this update setting is more of what you are looking for.
