Dear Support! After launching SierraChart, the footprint renko bar digram and the TPO market profile chart are completely empty. He wrote that it was loaded. The chart in the price range shows the current price but the chart is completely empty. The other charts used are not empty. Thank you in advance for your help. Regards, Richard Tóth |

Dear Support! I tried everything ... I restarted ... I had a free trial until January 28, 2022. So far, everything has been fine with the data. I paid 26 usd yesterday for a smooth transition. I had two charts empty this morning: the TPO market profile chart and the FootPrint numbers Bars chart. (Today is over) This message appeared in the "Message Log": "Service Package does not support this function or account is expired." Will it not last until 01.28? If I want to use these features in the future, isn't Package 3 enough? Do I have to pay 5? Thank you very much for your help! |

The issue is that you had changed to Package 3 prior to the end of your trial. Therefore, you were on Package 3 which does not support TPO or Numbers Bars. Now that you are on Package 5, you can use these features.
