Cannot download historical data from any previous contract months

I'm subscribed to Sierra Chart package 3 with CQG data from AMP Futures. I cannot download historical data from any previous contract months even though I have set the number of days to download to 360 and so on. Only the current contract month historical data can be downloaded. Please assist.

There is no support for Expired futures contracts when using CQG data.
