How to view full DOM ladder data for ES with Tradovate

I am referring to the support article How to connect live data with Tradovate funded account and configured the CQG routing information through Tradovate and in Sierra chart. I am expecting to see complete DOM ladder data in ES DOM. However when trying to open DOM, getting an error message mentioning symbol not recognized. Tradovate offered me CQG market data for CME DOM which I did not take per the support post that I referred. Kindly clarify how to see DOM data for all levels in this case.
