Problem connexion with denali data feed and CQG

I subscribed to pack 11 but the data seems not to be activated with CQG. My broker (AMPfutures) asks me to check with you if I am enabled with denali data feed. Normally they are since I subscribed to pack 11, right?

You do not have any exchanges active for the CME Group data, therefore any data you would be receiving would be from CQG. You can activate the exchanges you need at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Just be aware that you will pay the full monthly rate regardless of when you activate the exchange within the month. Therefore, you may want to wait until February 1, 2022 to activate an exchange, as if you do it today, you will pay the full amount for the remainder of January and then the full amount again on February 1.
