value areas moving as i slide the chart

im using a tick chart, and as i drag the live chart right to left, the VA are moving up and down,. i understand this as to do with time of the day, however im struggling to figure out where do i need to keep the candles, to the extreme left or extreme right, to have the current proper VA levels

They should definitely not be changing their values as you scroll left to right. Are the values of the value area lines changing or are they just moving up and down with the scale?

Also, which Value Area Lines study are you using?

ive included 2 screenshots 1 is the chart move to the right and the other to the left

The reason you are having the values change is because you are using a Volume by Price study that is based on the "Visible Bars" therefore, the Value Area is going to be calculated on just the visible bars.

Yes. Either use a static Volume by Price study or use the Volume Value Area Lines study.
