Newly connected data feed with Rithmic Direct - DTC [trading] When loading an Intraday Chart (e.g. ESH2.CME 5 min) I receive message: "HISTORICAL DOWNLOAD SKIPPED" I have researched Forum documentation but cannot seem to get any historical data...

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Right-click on the chart near the end and select "Delete and Download Data".

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
