Problem after trading combine reset

Hello, i made a reset on a trading combine, since then i cant open any order, i can place an order (status is order sent) but it gets not transmitted, if i want to delete the order the attached orders get deleted but the main order canĀ“t be deleted.(it dissapears after a while) In the trade account balance window the account does not show up, in the trade window for the chart it does,before i made the reset everything worked fine. The account number stayed the same perhaps this causes the problem? Thank you it says: Order cancellation failed | Still awaiting acknowledgment of new order. Unable to cancel order.
