Hi, I have two systems set for Denali Data, CQG Trading. I can log into one system and receive real-time data (cpu A), but when I log into the second system (cpu B) I can only receive delayed data. I am not trying to log into both systems simultaneously, I am only trying to utilize a different CPU today (cpu B) but can't get real-time data. I have been through the support board and have verified all settings (I copied all SC files directly from cpu A to B), but am at a loss on this one. |

Get us your Message Log on the computer where you are not getting the real-time data by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is.
