Hi, I just upgraded to Teton Order Routing with Stage5/Advantage Futures. I was already subscribed to Denali so I made no changes there. I updated the Data/Trade Settings. The issue is that when I loaded my chartbooks only the ES downloaded the futures. I realized that they symbols for all previous NON CME symbols (ZN, CL, GC) are not updating. Do I have to manually change the symbol in all my charts and quote pages or is there a quicker way to do it. I changed one of my ZN charts and realized it ends in _CME now instead of _CBOT. Thanks. |

You just need to translate the symbols using this Edit menu command: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service) The symbols all end with CME since, when we route orders to the CME, there is no exchange designation. So we have to simply just use one exchange. Otherwise, there would be a reliance upon external mapping information, which carries a risk of a mapping error which would not be good if it were to occur.
