Hello! I recently switched over to Denali/Teton after using Rithmic. When I compared my tick chart to the tick chart of my friend who's using Kinetik, I noticed that my charts had. I made sure that my Global Settings > Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (List) is correctly set to "1 Tick" I've tried reloading my data, I've tried deleting and downloading as well. I've indicated the easiest ones to see wherein my chart (Sierra) and my friend's (Ninja) are most noticeably different; however the difference persists throughout the chart as you can see. When I was on Rithmic, our charts look almost the same; Currently it looks like Sierra w/ Denali is printing around 50% fewer bars than Ninja w/ Kinetik. I was advised my broker, Edge Clear, to check with Sierra Chart support to see if there settings that I should change since I switched over to Denali from Rithmic. Uploaded chart image per support instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1642780948710.png I also included a comparison for my friend's chart (Ninja). Thank you! |
