Dear Support Three quick questions: 1) Erase All Text and Erase All Lines not working with Flex-renko? 2) Although posted elsewhere I can see all of my text and drawing on the flex-renko; displayed in MCD Manage Chart Drawings, but they cannot be located or found on the charts. 3) Is there any way that drawings and text on Tick-based charts can include their Date/Time anchors as a way of locating? Dear Support All 3 may not be relevant following this post but I think it worthwhile to leave for you to see. Please see attached files as after clearing one chart and marking out I can see the Time anchors are there and EAL and EAT, are working. However, I'm not sure why I was seeing the attached? I could have had a corrupt file or maybe a crash? Also where are each charts drawings/text stored? I'd welcome your thoughts. Many thanks. |

We do not know why you are seeing what you have either. It should not be the case. Please get us the chartbook that contains that chart for us to take a look at it.
