Hello, this morning I started my Sierra which was opened with the Sim function enabled. I turned off trade Sim mode and put in a market buy order for CLH22 with a simple bracket attached, however I got an error message and the order was not sent. I apologize but in that instance I did not have the luxury of seeing what the message was as I had to make sure of whether I was in the position or not. I immediately closed the message to see what my position was if any. I do not want to send in any possible erroneous orders and would much appreciate some assistance with this before the session close today. I restarted my Sierra which opened this time without trade Sim enabled, was that the issue? To make sure I'm being clear, do I need to restart Sierra in order to switch from Sim to live trading? Look through that log and find the rejection and see what it says for the Order Action Source. Refer to: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity All changes to Trade Simulation Mode are also in this log. And the reason for that change is given. I am new to Sierra and this was the first live trade I attempted put in. I have the log pulled up and I can see that nothing was filled, however I am at a loss as to how I should proceed. Can I export this log to you in order to get some direction and resolve this matter? Thank you for the time and assistance, -Michael |

I use Dorman as my Broker/FCM, I went through the setup of my account while in contact with Sierra support and thought we had taken care of any issues. When I review this log you suggested I see TradeAccount:No account specified after a number of functions. Is there still an issue on Dorman's end here?
